A place to slow down, make sense of your experience and reconnect with yourself.

A warm, thoughtful space to explore what brings you here.

The person behind Form & Ground

So often we’re told we should have everything figured out.

Yet life rarely unfolds the way we expect it to.

Sometimes we are faced with loss, anxiety, a diagnosis, burnout, the end of a relationship, or a life transition that leaves us wondering where to go next. Sometimes we simply realise that the way we’ve been living no longer feels sustainable.

Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I believe therapy offers something increasingly rare: a space where you don’t have to rush, pretend, or have all the answers. A space where you can slow down, make sense of your own experience, and begin reconnecting with yourself.
